In the 80s, there was a lack of enterprises engaged in production of welded laminose bellows, not more than five. One of such companies was the Experimental Factory of Scientific Instrumentation RAS research center in Chernogolovka, Moscow region. Company’s specialists developed the technology and manufacture procedures of welded laminose bellows for internal use as mentioned in the product nodes of their own original production, in particular which  are high-vacuum and UHV installation devices for the structure study and material chemical study (molecular beam epitaxy devices, electron microscopes and spectrometers, ultracentrifugation, micromanipulators) . The technology was not lost in the era of the "Russia reconstruction" and subsequent years due to the use of welded laminose bellows in vacuum switching technology (vacuum breakers) in mechanical face seals ( centrifugal pumps ) , and has gained efficiency to a new level through the introduction into the mass production . At a simple level, our company is pleased to offer services in the nodes production, implementation and development using welded laminose bellows.

Our main goal is to release the domestic industry from the import dependence, the development of our own industry, idle equipment loading, creation of new jobs opportunities, minimization of the manufacturing terms as well as the cost reduction of the bellows and the concomitant products made with bellows at a high level of manufacturing quality.
